Greiner Spine and Sports Physical Therapy was founded by Dr. Jordan Greiner to help the people in our community alleviate pain, return to the activities they love, and maximize sports performance. GSSPT uses a unique approach to manual therapy. The manual therapy, combined with follow up exercises not only helps to restore joint and spinal mobility but also reinforces the physical change. Research has shown this is the best way to alleviate pain and help people get back to doing the things they love.

GSS Physical Therapy specializes in orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, joint replacement rehab, vertigo, pregnancy and post-partum pain, neck and low back pain, orthopedic surgeries, neuropathy, and radiculopathy. Dr. Timothy Greiner has 12 years of experience serving the local communities movement disorder needs, while Dr. Jordan Greiner’s expertise has also allowed them to specialize in pediatric delays, movement disorders and specific diagnoses such as Down Syndrome, genetic disorders and hypotonia.

Our mission is to provide personalized, evidence based, hands on physical therapy in order to empower patients to overcome physical limitations, achieve pain free movement and improve quality of life.

Dr. Timothy Greiner

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Timothy Greiner has been treating the Lancaster and surrounding areas since 2011. Patients have travelled from neighboring states and counties to be treated by his unique style of treatment. When joints and the spine are too restricted, simple stretches and exercises are not enough to alleviate pain. Hands on, manual manipulative therapy is utilized in a safe and individualized manner to regain motion of your joints. Once that is achieved, your exercises will become more effective to regain mobility and decrease pain.

Dr. Greiner has treated former pro athletes, NCAA All-Americans, all state selections, ultra-marathon runners, weekend warriors and youth athletes of all ages. His approach to manual therapy also helps alleviate arthritic pain in joints, neck and back to help his patients return to enjoying their hobbies and living life to the fullest. As we age, it is important to keep your joints and body moving so you can continue to enjoy playing with your kids, grandkids and continue to do the things you need and want to do.

Dr. Greiner has traveled across the United States to teach other physical therapists how to perform these exact manual therapy techniques used with his patients to regain function and maximize potential. It is a privilege of his to be able to give back to the community he grew up in and help make the community healthier and more mobile. As a former athlete he understands the stress and toll athletes’ bodies endure. Making sure athletes can stay on the field and maximize their performance is paramount to our treatment philosophy.

Dr. Jordan Greiner grew up in Lancaster county and attended Hempfield High School. In 8th grade, she decided she wanted to be a physical therapist after shadowing her aunt and has never looked back. She attended Lebanon Valley College, where she met her now husband, Tim.

She found her passion in the field of Early Intervention, working with families to help their infants and young children move and develop in the most functional way. She has been working in Lancaster and the surrounding counties with families for the past 12 years. She is very excited to bring that experience into the outpatient world.

Not only does she specialize in helping young babies and children learn to move in appropriate patterns, but she has also worked with a large variety of children with genetic disorders and other developmental delay diagnoses.
