Our therapists excel in identifying the source of musculoskeletal pain. Once identified, we utilize hands on manual physical therapy to address joint and spinal restrictions and normalize fibrotic muscle tissues to decrease pain. Individualized and specific strengthening and range of motion exercises are then prescribed to reinforce the manual therapy to further decrease pain and help patients return to the activities they love.
